There is one covered parking space for each unit.  Guest parking is located at the North side of the condominium and at the rear of the parking area.  One hour and handicapped parking is located by the building entrance.  Two car washing spaces are located on the East side of the building.  Lakeridge is a gated community, including the parking area.
