Lakeridge Board has voted to maintain a pooled, funded reserve effective January 1, 2018.

The monthly maintenance fee for all units will be $400.00

 The fee includes Frontier Prime TV service, water, heated pool, as well as, a single car covered parking space.

 Lakeridge employs a Manager to assist in professional financial management.

There are three options for payment of monthly fees:

  1.  Automatic transfer payments  to BB&T.(ACH)

      This is the preferred option.

  2.  Mail or deliver your coupon with your check to BB&T.

  3.  Have your bank auto deposit your check to BB&T.
