Lakeridge is an over 55 condominium complex with 79 two and three bedroom units. It is in the Northwest corner of Winter Haven, Florida. Each unit has covered, secure parking. A tennis court and a shuffleboard court are located on the property. It offers a large pool that is heated year-round. Smoking is not permitted on the common grounds. Pets are welcome, with number, size, and breed restrictions.
Lakeridge Condominiums are now self managed. A full-time Community Association Manager and the Board of Directors are responsible for the financial management of our 79 unit facility.
Lakeridge maintains a pooled, funded reserve. A portion of the maintainence fee is added to the reserve each month. The reserve allows us to fund large expenditures to maintain our facility without constant assessments to our residents.
The current monthly maintainence fee for all units is $400. The fee includes fiber optic cable with Local and Choice packages, water, heated pool, and covered parking for a single car.
There are three options for payments of the monthly maintenance fee.
1.Automatic transfer of payments to BB&T.
(Automatic transfer is the preferred method)
2. Mail or deliver your check to BB&T.
3. Have your bank auto deposit to BB&T.

A 2 bedroom unit on the forth floor
A 2 bedroom unit on the fifth floor.

There are no units for lease at this time.
There is one covered parking space for each unit. Guest parking is located at the North side of the condominium and at the rear of the parking area. One hour and handicapped parking is located by the building entrance.
Two car washing spaces are located on the East side of the building. Lakeridge is gated, including the parking area.
